Content Director
About you
Maybe you've been an agency copywriter, maybe you've been an agency strategist. Regardless of the seat you've occupied, you are comfortable and proficient in the planning, creation, and management of content. You have some agency experience under your belt, and you are excited at the prospect of helping to build an agency from the ground up without mimicking existing agency working models. You are creative, flexible, driven, and humble.
The job
The Content Director will play a key part in shaping how content is created and managed at Nephew, both for our clients and for our internal operations. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, and able to plan content strategies that they are then able to execute, or delegate and oversee execution. They will be able to demonstrate that they can adopt and apply the voices of a wide array of clients, as well as help to establish and promote the voice of Nephew.
Key responsibilities
- Mapping and planning content for stand-alone efforts as well as coordinating across channels
- Confidently writing copy for websites, digital ad campaigns, video scripts, social posts, email blasts, etc.
- Representing Nephew to both existing and potential clients
- Assisting in building Nephew's content operations, procedures, and methodologies
- Participating in the growth and maintenance of Nephew's digital tool stack
- Playing a lead role in marketing the agency
This is a hybrid role that will offer plenty of flexibility. However, we do believe that the most successful candidate will want to have a strong presence at our office as we collaborate on growing the agency.
